Contact with family

Positive and supportive relationships with family, friends, colleagues and partners is very important for ongoing wellbeing.

The Buttery Private wellbeing program is designed as a time-out from your usual routine and connections. It gives you time to address the barriers and limitations to your wellbeing.

With this in mind, whilst there are opportunities to connect with family and friends on some evenings and weekends, the frequency and level of contact is discussed with your individual therapist as part of developing your individual wellbeing plan.

Participants may find the benefits of having some space from such regular contact with family, friends or colleagues to explore the nature and dynamics of each relationship and how they might want to redefine or shape these relationships.

The Buttery Private wellbeing program aims to help participants develop the means to create more positive ways of relating with others: especially those closest to us.
